Kathi Stone has over 30 years of experience in the banking industry. Kathi is currently working as the Vice President Operations Manager at 21st Century Bank since November 2019. Prior to this, they worked at TCF Bank for 32 years, starting in 1987. At TCF Bank, Kathi held various roles, including Vice President Retail Banking Support Operations Manager, Assistant Vice President Retail Banking Support Operations Manager, Operations Specialist I and II, Assistant Manager of Operations (In Branch), and Teller/Branch Service Representative/Customer Support Team/Annuity Agent. Throughout their career, Kathi has successfully managed teams, implemented projects and processes, ensured compliance with regulatory requirements, enhanced customer experience, and saved costs. Kathi has also been involved in corporate-wide initiatives and played a key role in the design and implementation of Card Instant Issuance in over 380 branches.
Kathi Stone obtained a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from New Horizon Computer Learning Center in the year 2019. Prior to that, they completed their high school education at Thomas Jefferson High School, earning a High School Diploma with a focus on General Studies.
