Greenwood Bea has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources. From 2006 to 2013, they served as an HR Specialist at Dignity Health. They then advanced to the role of Employee & Labor Relations Manager from 2013 to 2016. Finally, from 2016 until their current position, Greenwood Bea held the position of Human Resources Manager at Dignity Health. In 2023, they became the Director of Human Resources Operations at 21st Century Home Health Services.

Greenwood Bea has obtained a SPHR Certification and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General & Business Management from San Jose State University.
