Keaton Walker

Keaton Walker, MBA, has a diverse work experience that spans multiple industries. Keaton began their career at AutoZone in 2018, where they held the roles of Parts Sales Manager and Commercial Sales Manager. As a Parts Sales Manager, Keaton worked closely with store management to oversee daily operations and ensure excellent customer service. Keaton also managed a team of 10-15 employees and ensured sales goals were met. In their subsequent role as a Commercial Sales Manager, Keaton managed a customer account base and collaborated with senior and regional management to generate leads and increase market share.

In 2021, Keaton joined 21st Mortgage Corporation as an Account Representative. In this role, they managed an account base of 1200-1900 mortgages, totaling around $150 million in loans. Keaton utilized financial analysis to strategize on reducing delinquency and worked with customers and senior management to minimize foreclosures and repossessions.

In 2023, Keaton was promoted to the position of Senior Financial Counselor at 21st Mortgage Corporation. Keaton is currently in this role and is responsible for providing expert financial advice and counseling to clients.

Keaton Walker, MBA, holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Pellissippi State Community College. Keaton then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Western Governors University. Building upon their bachelor's degree, Keaton went on to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the same institution. Additionally, Keaton obtained a certification as an Insurance Adjuster from the State of Florida in February 2022.
