Yuliya Shastakouskaya

Yuliya Shastakouskaya has extensive finance experience, currently serving as CFO at 21vek.by since December 2019, where responsibilities include optimizing planning and reporting processes for multiple companies with an annual turnover exceeding 400 million USD and driving financial strategy. Previously, Yuliya held the CFO position at Ramtex Ltd from August 2011 to November 2019, focusing on strategic decision-making for new business opportunities and managing the Management Accounting department. Yuliya also contributed as a Financial Manager and Financial Analyst within the same company. Earlier roles include Business Analyst at StatinfoTech LLC, assisting in accounting department automation for the Ministry of Industry. Yuliya holds a Master's degree in Economics and Management and a Bachelor's degree in Entrepreneurship from Belarusian State Economic University, complemented by education at Ernst & Young Academy of Business.
