Joyce Zhou is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in IT and operations. Currently serving as a Senior Operations Engineer for Microsoft Cloud Service at 21Vianet Group, Inc. since May 2015, Joyce has honed expertise in managing cloud operations. Prior to this role, Joyce worked as an IT System Specialist at Websense from October 2013 to May 2015, and as an IT Specialist at Bank of China Insurance Co., Ltd. from January 2011 to October 2013, developing a strong foundation in IT systems and support.
