Xu Zhang

Xu Zhang is an experienced engineering manager with a rich background in technical support and team leadership. Currently serving as a Senior Support Engineering Manager at 21Vianet Group, Inc., Xu Zhang is responsible for designing key performance indicators and nurturing team culture. Previous roles include Support Engineering Manager for Azure Active Directory and Technical Lead, where Xu Zhang established the core technical operation team for Office365 Exchange Online. Earlier experience includes managing sales engineering for CBCcom, leading IT operations at Datacom System, and serving as a Global IT Support Engineer at Cadburys Schweppes PLC.
