Roberto Bortoletto

Roberto Bortoletto is a seasoned professional in software engineering, data science, and project leadership, with extensive experience in electronic mechanical integration and rapid prototyping. Currently a software engineer and data scientist at 221e since March 2017, Roberto specializes in edge AI, machine learning solutions, and activity tracking across various sports and industrial applications. Previous roles include postdoctoral research at Università degli Studi di Padova, where contributions focused on biomechanics and human movement, and participation in the MBZIRC 2017 as team lead. Roberto holds a PhD in Information Technology from Università degli Studi di Padova and has a rich background in low-level programming, algorithm design, product certification, and teaching at the university level.
