Carrie Rist

Carrie Rist is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership and compliance roles. Currently serving as Senior Vice President at 22nd Century Technologies Inc. since December 2019, Carrie has held various titles including Vice President of Compliance and Director of Contracts. Prior experience includes positions as a Policy Consultant at Global Centurion and Executive Policy & Programs Director at The Center for Urban Renewal and Education. With a background in government relations and international program management, Carrie has also acted as Project Manager at Red Metrics and Executive Director at Heartbeat Resource Center. Educational qualifications include a Master of Law from The George Washington University Law School, a Doctor of Law from Handong International Law School, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Language and Literature from Western Illinois University.
