Emma Palmer-Taylor has a strong background in marketing and account management. Emma began their career in 2004 at Finex Communications, where they worked as an Account Manager, developing consumer promotions for O2. Emma then moved on to Momentum Worldwide in 2005, where they served as a Senior Account Manager, focusing on developing promotional campaigns for Walt Disney Studios Home Entertainment. During their time at Momentum Worldwide, they also had a 4-month secondment within the WDSHE Customer Marketing team. In 2007, Emma joined The Marketing Store as a Senior Account Manager, working on retail communication for Vodafone UK. Emma later became an Account Director, leading strategic direction and planning for various initiatives for McDonald's UK, including Happy Meal development, Olympics 2012 campaign, and innovative in-store solutions. In 2014, Emma joined Blue Chip Marketing as an Account Director before moving to 23red, where they held the positions of Senior Account Director and Business Director.

Emma Palmer-Taylor attended Solihull Sixth Form College from 1996 to 1998. Emma did not pursue a specific degree or field of study during this period. Subsequently, from 1998 to 2001, they enrolled at the University of Southampton, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Politics & Law.
