Charlie Wend has accumulated significant experience in sports management and business strategy, currently serving in the Partnerships role at 23XI Racing since January 2024. Prior to this position, Charlie held the title of Director of Business Strategy at Hirschfeld Marketing Solutions from January 2020 to December 2023. Additionally, a ten-year tenure at TPG Sports Group saw Charlie advance through several leadership positions, including President, Vice President, Director of Operations, and Operations Assistant. Earlier in the career, Charlie gained experience in game operations with the Charlotte Bobcats from August 2009 to January 2010. Charlie holds a Bachelor’s degree in Sports Administration from Kent State University, obtained in 2009.

Rising NASCAR stars Bubba Wallace and Tyler Reddick are the team’s drivers. 23XI Racing’s No. 23 Toyota Camry made its NASCAR Cup Series debut at the Daytona 500 on February 14, 2021, at Daytona International Speedway. The team then expanded to add a second full-time entry with the No. 45 Toyota Camry and occasional third car entry with the No. 67 Toyota Camry.
