Joshua Napier has extensive experience in the motorsports industry, currently serving as an Interior/Rear Mechanic at 23XI Racing since January 2023. Previously, Joshua worked as a Mechanic at Kyle Busch Motorsports for seven years, where duties included interior mechanics and overall racecar maintenance. Earlier roles included Tire Specialist and Jackman positions at Tristar Motorsports and Rick Ware Racing, as well as hands-on mechanic work at multiple racing teams. A graduate of Patrick & Henry Community College with an Associate of Science in Motorsports Engineering, Joshua has developed strong technical skills across various aspects of racecar assembly, maintenance, and pit operations.

23XI Racing – pronounced twenty-three eleven – was founded by NBA legend Michael Jordan and three-time Daytona 500 winner Denny Hamlin in 2020. Rising NASCAR stars Bubba Wallace and Tyler Reddick are the team’s drivers. 23XI Racing’s No. 23 Toyota Camry made its NASCAR Cup Series debut at the Daytona 500 on February 14, 2021, at Daytona International Speedway. The team then expanded to add a second full-time entry with the No. 45 Toyota Camry and occasional third car entry with the No. 67 Toyota Camry.
