In addition to this role, Timothy is the Director at The Developer Tribe, specializing in personalized coaching support and bespoke education programs. Prior experience includes positions as a High School Soccer Coach at Oakland Technical High School, Lecturer in sports coaching at the University of Stirling, and Technical Director at both Syngenta Juveniles FC and James Island Youth Soccer Club. Timothy's extensive background also includes impactful roles at Juventus International Academy and Arsenal F.C., along with contributions to the English Football Association as an FA Affiliate Tutor. Timothy holds a PhD in Sports Studies from the University of Stirling, along with multiple degrees in sports coaching, performance, and music.
