Mali Weatherill

Mali Weatherill has a diverse and extensive work experience in various industries. Mali is currently working as a Sales Director at 24 Exchange Bermuda LTD, where they lead the distribution of the company's crypto offering and onboards institutional clients. Prior to this role, they were a Senior Sales Associate at EQONEX Group, where they focused on institutional sales in the digital asset space. Mali also worked as a DeFi Portfolio Manager at Synergia Capital, where they ran a delta neutral DeFi yield farming book and assisted with the operational side of setting up a fund structure. Mali's previous experience includes working as a Derivatives Trader at Onix Capital, where they executed discretionary trades and developed macro trade ideas for cryptocurrency markets. Additionally, they worked as an Independent Trader in spot FX and major cryptocurrencies and as an Intern at WHEB, providing content for investor conferences. Mali also gained experience as a Systematic Trading Intern at Peak Trading Research, a Videographer at Slumber Party Hostels, a Waiter at Vessel 11, and in sales at Loaf (Loaf.com).

Mali Weatherill completed their Bachelor's degree in Economics & Management at Newcastle University from 2017 to 2020. Prior to that, they attended Colfe's School from 2007 to 2016, where they obtained their GCSE & A-Levels. In September 2020, they also obtained certification in Bloomberg Market Concepts from Bloomberg LP.
