Amy Varce

Amy Varce, SHRM-CP has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and roles. Amy worked as a Barista at Starbucks Coffee Company from 2010 to 2012 before transitioning to HR roles. Amy served as an HR Intern at Pacific Coast Fruit Company in 2012 and then moved on to Gillespie Dentistry, where they worked as a Scheduler and Financial Coordinator from 2012 to 2014. In the same year, Amy became an HR Assistant at TCI AMERICA and later joined Robert Half as an HR Assistant, assigned to TCI AMERICA. In 2015, they joined Papa Murphy's International as an HR Coordinator and progressed to HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, Senior HR Manager, and ultimately as the HR Director until 2023. Currently, Amy holds the position of Director Total Rewards and HRIS at 24 Hour Fitness, starting in February 2023.

Amy Varce, SHRM-CP holds a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Business Administration Human Resources from Portland State University. Amy also has an Associates Degree from Clark College. Additionally, they are a certified SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) obtained in April 2017 from SHRM.
