Nelson Williams IV has a strong background in finance, real estate, and strategy. Nelson started their career as a Financial Analyst at Deutsche Bank Securities from June 2003 to July 2005. Nelson then joined 24 Hour Fitness in July 2006 as a Financial Analyst and later worked their way up to Senior Real Estate Financial Analyst and Manager of Real Estate Strategy. From October 2012 to August 2014, Nelson served as the Director of Finance, leading a team of finance professionals and overseeing budgeting, forecasting, and expense analysis for overhead departments and club operations. Nelson then transitioned to Director of Real Estate Strategy from September 2010 to September 2012, and later served as Senior Director, Real Estate and Capital Strategy from September 2014 to August 2015. Currently, Nelson holds the position of Vice President, Pricing and Real Estate Strategy at 24 Hour Fitness.

Nelson Williams IV holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from Cornell University and a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Finance from North Carolina Agricultural and Technical State University. In addition, they have obtained certifications in the fields of Management Accelerator Program, Problem Solving, and Business Strategy from McKinsey & Company in 2021.
