In 2006, they became an Account Manager at RJ Reynolds. In 2014, they began working at Macmillan Science and Education as a Learning Solutions Representative. In 2018, they became a Technology Sales Specialist at Macmillan Learning. In 2020, they began working at 240 Tutoring as a Manager of Strategic Partnerships and an EPP Success Manager - National Growth. Lastly, they also took on a New Business Executive role at Campuswire.

Robert Parker obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) in Broadcast Journalism from the University of South Alabama in 2006.
