John Douds

John Douds is an experienced Church Administrator who played a key role in the merger and facility closure of Compass Christian Church with 242 Community Church. With a background in finance and operations, John also served as Treasurer for an organization with a $750,000 budget and led multiple hurricane relief trips to the Gulf Coast region. In their retired life, John held various Controller roles at Ford Motor Company, overseeing cost reduction initiatives and downsizing plans at different plant locations. John holds a BA in Accounting/Economics from Cleveland State University.
