Prior to joining [24]7.ai in April 2022, Arun held positions at Cognizant as an Associate Director and Design Lead and was involved in user experience design as a Manager. Previous roles include significant contributions in design at Tech Mahindra, ISGN Corporation, Lawrence & Associates, image multimedia, and MediaTech Graphic Solutions. Arun's educational background includes a PGDM in Marketing & Systems from Loyola Institute of Business Administration, a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Madras, and a degree in Leather Technology from Pallavan Institute of Technology.
