VP, Customer Success at 24/7 Software

Josh Gross is the Vice President, Customer Success for 24/7 Software, leading the team responsible for Customer Support and Account Management functions. He is focused on developing and executing a strategy that ensures 24/7 Software customers reach their desired outcomes when using the software.

Prior to joining 24/7 Software in 2021, he served as a Vice President at Mood Media focusing on building simplified, automated, and scalable processes for their Customer Success, Pre-Sales, and Client Solutions departments. Josh also served as Vice President of Visual Solutions for focus4media. Under Josh’s leadership, focus4media launched and grew their Digital Signage offering, eventually contributing to the company’s acquisition. Throughout Josh’s career, he has focused on working with customers to build products and processes that achieve their goals.

Josh graduated with a BS, Business Administration and Management, from Northwood University and holds a Product Management certificate from Cornell University.
