Aarthy Govindhraj has a diverse work history in the field of talent acquisition and client services. Aarthy started their career as a Sourcer at 247Hire in May 2015 and eventually worked their way up to Talent Sourcer/Subject Matter Expert, before becoming a Client Services Manager/Team Lead in December 2019. In these roles, they demonstrated leadership skills by managing teams, maintaining quality metrics, and achieving targets. Prior to this, Aarthy worked as an XML Developer at Exigo, where they optimized virtual content provision and defined XML rules.
