Jocelyn Vaca

Jocelyn Vaca, CLMS, has extensive experience in human resources and operations within the caregiving industry, currently serving as a Leave of Absence Coordinator at 24 Hour Home Care since June 2017, with previous roles including Human Resources Operations Coordinator and Senior Care Coordinator. Prior to this, Jocelyn worked at Ralphs Grocery Company as a cashier, where responsibilities included customer service, payment processing, inventory management, and new-hire training. Additional experience includes an internship coordinator role at Dash Radio, where Jocelyn managed the onboarding process and created training materials for interns, as well as production staff duties. Early career experience includes a writing internship at Amazing PR and tutoring at California State University, Long Beach. Jocelyn holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from California State University, Long Beach and an Associate of Arts degree from El Camino College.
