Marcio Bragato Moreira has a diverse work experience in legal and contracts management. Marcio worked as a Legal & Contracts Manager at 24i, where they were responsible for drafting, negotiating, and managing various types of contracts, implementing data protection and privacy compliance structures, providing intellectual property advice, and developing a comprehensive compliance program. Prior to that, they worked as a Legal Affairs & Compliance Consultant at Legal, where they provided legal and compliance consulting services. Marcio also served as the Head of Legal Latin America and Regional Legal Manager for Latin America at DSM, where they handled contract management, implemented an online contract management platform, and established a compliance program. Marcio worked as a Legal & Contracts Manager and Legal Coordinator at Cerradinho Açúcar, Etanol e Energia S.A., where they conducted an M&A transaction and provided legal advice for corporate restructuring. Additionally, Marcio worked as a Senior Legal Counsel at Câmara de Comercialização de Energia Elétrica, where they provided legal and regulatory advice, coordinated dispute resolution, and managed contracts related to electric energy commercialization. Marcio began their career as a Legal Counsel at AES Eletropaulo, where they handled strategic litigation, dispute resolution, and settlements with financial institutions.

From 1984 to 1995, Marcio completed their elementary education at EEPG Experimental Dr. Edmundo de Carvalho.

In 1996 to 1998, they obtained their High School Diploma from Colégio Módulo.

Following that, Marcio attended Universidade Paulista from 1999 to 2004, earning a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) degree in Law.

In 2007 to 2009, they pursued a post-graduation program in Pubic Law at Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.

In 2011 to 2012, Marcio completed a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Gestão Empresarial from Fundação Dom Cabral.

In 2015, they attended Babson College for the Management Leadership Program 3 (MLP3) in Business Administration and Management.

Lastly, from 2020 to 2022, Marcio studied at Tilburg University and obtained a Master of Laws (LLM) degree with a specialization in Law & Technology.
