Espen Øxnes

Espen Øxnes has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Espen is currently working at 24SevenOffice Norge as the CPO/CTO, a role they have held since October 2019. Prior to that, they worked at the same company as a Business Development Manager from January 2019 to October 2019.

Before joining 24SevenOffice Norge, Espen served as the CEO, Chairman, and Co-founder of IP Group AS starting in October 2007. Espen is still associated with the company currently.

Espen has also held various positions at Searchdaimon AS. Espen was the Chairman from May 2005 onwards and then became the CEO from January 2007 to July 2008.

In addition, Espen has served as a board member for R-Venture AS from January 2015. Their board membership here is set to continue until December 2022. Espen also held a board position at JCP Digital AS from January 2014 to June 2019.

Further, Espen worked at Braathe Gruppen AS as the Department Head for Development and Automation from January 2018 to December 2018. Prior to that, they were a Senior Customer Advisor at the same company from August 2016 to January 2018.

Espen's journey includes co-founding NetClient AS where they served as CEO, Chairman, and Co-founder from August 2009 to July 2016. Espen continued to hold the same roles at the company from January 2003 to December 2007. NetClient AS is a hosting and IT service company with its own data center and ISP infrastructure.

Espen's earliest work experience goes back to ZAPLife AS (Ringnes) where they worked as an IT Manager from July 2000 to January 2003. Espen played a key role in building a community site and new brand sites for Pepsi, Solo, and Imsdal as part of a marketing project led by Ringnes.

Before entering the corporate world, Espen had a teaching role at NæringsAkademiet from July 1999 to June 2000.

Espen Øxnes has a background in IT and leadership. In 1998-1999, they attended NæringsAkademiet and obtained a degree in EDB prosjektkandidat, focusing on IT. Then, in 2011, Espen briefly studied IT leadership at the University of Oslo (UiO). In terms of certifications, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) in May 2018, and later obtained the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) certification in April 2020.
