Morten Hardy

Morten Hardy has a range of work experience in various roles and industries. Morten started their career in 2014 as a Lagermedarbeider at Brødrene Raastad, where they worked until 2017. During this time, they gained experience in warehouse operations.

In 2017, Morten joined SBIO as Nestleder, a leadership position that they held until 2018.

After that, they joined NTEX AB as a Logistikkansvarlig - summer intern, where they were responsible for logistics and order management.

In 2019, Morten held multiple positions simultaneously. Morten worked as an Office Account Manager at WEX Europe Services Limited and as a Teamleder at Godtlevert.no, where they led a team. Morten also worked as a Hjelpemann at Oslo Byggmester Service during this time.

Later in 2019, Morten joined Personalhuset Norway as a Konsulent, where they worked until 2021.

In 2021, they joined Resurs Bank, initially as a Sales Associate, where they focused on delivering exceptional customer service and achieving sales targets. Morten was then promoted to Team & Sales Coach, where they developed leadership skills and actively supported the growth and development of their colleagues.

Most recently, in 2023, Morten joined 24SevenOffice as a Senior Sales Executive, utilizing their sales expertise in a senior role.

Morten Hardy pursued a Bachelor's degree in Finans at the BI Norwegian Business School beginning in 2016 and successfully completed it in 2019.
