Phil O'nions is a hands-on Chief Executive Officer at 263Hub, with over 25 years of experience in business development, operations, and sales and marketing. Since the beginning of 2023, Phil has focused on building a global operation that creates ethical and sustainable employment opportunities. Prior to this, they served as a Continuous Improvement Engineer at Woodside Energy, where they developed training materials and implemented sustainable practices. Phil holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Studies from the University of the West of England.
