Daira Serzante

Daira Serzante has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and industries. In their most recent role at 28Stone Consulting, Inc., they worked as a Business Analyst starting in June 2022. Prior to that, they worked at EIS Ltd as an Operations Manager / Data Analyst from January to March 2022. Their responsibilities included maintaining business intelligence dashboards, performing data analysis, and providing data insights using tools like Jira, Confluence, and MS Excel.

Before that, Daira worked at Accenture Baltics from 2017 to 2021. In their role as a Functional Data Integration Analyst, they provided support for Jira project set-up and reporting, as well as implemented a PowerBI solution for reporting purposes. Daira also worked as a Program Management Office Analyst, where they supported various project administration activities, prepared reports, and led a team of PMO specialists. Additionally, Daira worked as a Payroll Operations Specialist, overseeing payroll tasks and ensuring accurate and timely information delivery.

Prior to their time at Accenture, Daira worked at ENJOY Recruitment Latvia as a Recruitment Project Assistant. In this role, they provided support to project and sales managers, participated in recruitment and HR processes, and managed administrative tasks using CRM Terrasoft and MS Office.

Throughout their work experience, Daira has developed skills in various technologies, including Jira, Confluence, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, Google Sheets, Google Data Studio, PowerApps, eazyBI, PowerBI, Tableau, MS Project, SharePoint, Outlook, ServiceNow, SAP, and CRM Terrasoft.

Daira Serzante's education history includes a Professional Master's Degree in Financial Economics from the University of Latvia Faculty of Business, Management and Economics, which they obtained from 2017 to 2018. Prior to that, they earned a Professional Bachelor's Degree in Entrepreneurship and Management from Rīgas Tehniskā universitāte (Riga Technical University) from 2013 to 2017.

In addition to their degrees, Daira Serzante has obtained several certifications. In November 2021, they completed "Introduction to Java (160 hrs)" at the University of Latvia. Daira also obtained "QA1: Manual Testing (60 hrs)" certification in August 2021 from Acodemy. In December 2020, they received a certification in "Work with Adobe Indesign (160 hrs)" from Ogres tehnikums. Furthermore, they completed a "WEB Development bootcamp (120 hrs)" at Riga CODING School in March 2020. Lastly, they obtained the Agile Analysis Certification (AAC) from IIBA in November 2021.
