Candelaria Griotto

Candelaria Griotto has worked in various roles since 2016. In 2016, they worked as a Human Resources Specialist at PELTA Seguridad y Vigilancia, where they were responsible for providing coaching and counseling to senior leadership team on global talent issues and initiatives. Candelaria also worked as a Recruitment Specialist as a Freelance worker that same year. In 2019, they joined Bitlogic S.A. as an HR Analyst, where they collaborated with various business and systems stakeholders to drive design and delivery of reporting system fixes and enhancements. In 2021, they joined Dedalord as a PM, where they were responsible for providing vision and direction to the development team and stakeholders throughout the project by defining Product requirements in the forms of Epics, Features, and User Stories. In 2022, they joined 2am. technologies as a Project Manager.
