Dejan Usorac

Dejan Usorac has over five years of work experience. Dejan began their career in 2016 as a Warehouse Operator at Leburic Komerc, where they worked with storage documentation and had excellent knowledge of products from top domestic and international manufacturers and brands. In 2017, they joined NCR Corporation, where they held the roles of Team Supervisor, Software Support Technician III, and Software Support Technician II. In their last role, they provided 2nd level of Aloha software support for the International market and solved real life situations and issues regarding Aloha POS system. In 2022, they began working as a Project Manager at 2am. technologies.

Dejan Usorac obtained a Bachelor of Computer Science and Information Technologies (180 ECTS) from Pan-European University "Apeiron" in 2017, where they studied Information Technology. Prior to that, they attended Gymnasium, Informatics and mathematics study program from 2009 to 2013, studying Informatics and mathematics. In 2021, Dejan obtained the Scrum Fundamentals Certified (SFC) from SCRUMstudy - Accreditation Body for Scrum and Agile, as well as a Six Sigma Yellow Belt from 6sigmastudy - The global certification body for six sigma certifications.
