Kelli McGuire Caps

Kelli McGuire, CAPS has a diverse work experience in the property management and food service industries. Kelli started their career in 2012 as an Assistant Manager at Panera Bread. In 2013, they joined Mills Properties, Inc. where they held various roles including Assistant Property Manager, Property Manager, and Area Manager. Kelli recently joined 2B Residential in 2021 as an Associate Vice President / Regional Manager.

Kelli McGuire, CAPS, holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree from Columbia College, which they obtained between 2016 and 2017. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in English Language and Literature, General from the University of Missouri-Columbia from 2008 to 2011. Additionally, in 2010, Kelli attended the University of Cambridge to further their studies in English Language and Literature. In terms of certifications, they obtained the Certified Apartment Portfolio Supervisor (CAPS) certification from the National Apartment Association in August 2020.
