Wilson Paine

Wilson joined 2Blades in February 2023. He previously served as Vice President for Institutional Advancement & External Relations at Ferrum College, where he led the College’s development, marketing, communications, and alumni efforts. Prior to Ferrum, Wilson managed community development and public affairs initiatives for over 10 years in Washington, DC, including at the Stand Together Foundation and the Appalachian Regional Commission. He began his career as a Presidential Management Fellow at FEMA and the U.S. Department of State, where he worked on the Nuclear Smuggling Outreach Initiative.

Wilson graduated summa cum laude from Ferrum College with a degree in history and holds a masters in theological studies from Harvard University.
