Carlos Ruiz Díaz

Carlos Ruiz-Díaz is an experienced technology leader with a strong background in engineering management and entrepreneurship. As Founder and CEO of 2Chat since January 2022, Carlos is driving innovation in communication solutions. Previously, Carlos held positions at MessageBird as Engineering Manager and Toky as Founder and CEO, successfully leading Toky to a profitable exit. Early career roles include Network Engineer at ng-voice GmbH, where Carlos developed an IMS Online Charging Server, and Research & Development Analyst at ConexionGroup, focusing on Kamailio-based SIP core development. Carlos began as a Software Engineer at ITH utilizing C# and Visual Basic. Educationally, Carlos holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Universidad Autónoma de Asunción and completed training at Emprelatam.
