Sudeshna Ghosh

Sudeshna Ghosh has a diverse work experience in the fields of lead generation, inside sales, business development, and team leadership.

Starting in 2001, they worked as a Team Leader at Magus Customer Dialog Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for selling new and add-on connections, promoting tariff plans, maintaining customer relationships, and monitoring a telecalling team.

In 2013, Sudeshna joined Sun Knowledge Pvt.Ltd as a Business Development Manager. There, they managed and monitored a telecalling team, achieved daily sales targets, and assisted customers in choosing the best plans and value-added services.

From 2016 to 2020, Sudeshna worked at Zieta Technologies as an Inside Sales Executive. Their responsibilities included introducing SAP solutions through warm calling and emails.

Most recently, Sudeshna joined 2COMS Consulting Pvt. Ltd. as a Lead Generation Specialist in 2020. In this role, they deal with various HR solutions and services in the IT/non-IT sector.

Sudeshna Ghosh obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Arts from Calcutta University, Kolkata, between 1999 and 2001. Prior to that, they completed their High School education in General Studies at St. John's Diocesan Girls HS School, from 1984 to 1996.
