Adam Jeffrey

Adam Jeffrey has a diverse work experience in the field of engineering and technical support. Adam started their career at Snap Internet in 2010 as a Business Support Engineer, where they dealt with high-priority clients, assessed network faults, and resolved or escalated issues as needed. Adam also served as an escalation point for the monitored services division and was responsible for monitoring network status and detecting possible threats. Adam worked there until February 2012.

After that, Adam joined Snap Internet again in November 2013, this time in the role of Technical Support. Adam provided technical assistance, troubleshooting, and problem-solving for clients. Adam worked in this role until September 2015.

Adam's most recent position is with 2degrees, where they have held several roles. Adam began as a Network Operations Engineer in September 2015, where they were responsible for fault management, solution planning, vendor management, and onsite support for high-priority clients.
