Derrick Franco

Derrick Franco is currently the Lead Engineer at Counterpart. Prior to this, they were with Jumpstart as an Engineering Advisor from June 2017 to September 2019. Derrick was also the CTO of Phinaz Media Group, Inc. from July 2016 to March 2018. There, they led the team in infrastructure overhaul for all systems and was in charge of planning process for new technical products. Derrick has also been an advisor at XKIDS since July 2016 and a Senior Full Stack Engineer at Krue from December 2015 to July 2016. Furthermore, they were a Technical Advisor at Hohm from May 2015 to July 2017 and a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer at Curious Minds Inc. from April 2015 to December 2015. Derrick Franco is also a Co-Founder and CEO of BluRushMedia LLC (EasyLaunch), which they founded in June 2013 and ran until December 2014.

Derrick Franco received their Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science from Texas Tech University. Prior to that, they attended Rochester Adams High School.
