Sayan Chakraborty

Sayan Chakraborty is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in credit and fraud analysis, analytics, and customer experience. Currently serving as a Senior Credit and Fraud Analyst at 2degrees since February 2023, Sayan previously worked at Experian as an Analytical Science Senior Manager, focusing on ARPU growth for telco clients and utilizing telco data for financial inclusion. Sayan also held roles at Royal Bank of Scotland, where significant contributions included automating text mining processes to enhance complaint handling efficiency, and Tata Consultancy Services, leading software development initiatives. Sayan holds a Master of Technology in Quality Control Technology from 2012 and a Bachelor of Engineering in Power Engineering from Jadavpur University, completed in 2008.
