Keely Cat-Wells is a prominent advocate for disability inclusion and leadership within various sectors. As the Founder and CEO of Making Space, an innovative platform focused on enhancing hiring processes and educational resources for disabled individuals, Keely aims to empower a new generation of leaders. Keely also serves as a Presidential Leadership Scholar and is a fellow supported by Gloria's Foundation, which promotes feminist activism. Recognized as a Forbes 30 Under 30 Honoree in Entertainment, Keely contributes to discussions about disability in business and media as a Forbes Contributor. Additionally, Keely serves on the boards of Generation Patient and 2Gether-International, and previously held the role of Storyteller in Residence at the Clinton Global Initiative, along with being an Advisory Board Member for the Born This Way Foundation founded by Lady Gaga. With a strong background in talent management through C Talent, which was acquired by Whalar, Keely has dedicated efforts to transforming perceptions of disability in the entertainment industry, notably through the #WeThe15 initiative.

One billion people have a disability, making disabled people the largest minority in the world and the only one you can instantly become a part of. This diverse and vibrant community however, is often associated with pity and limitations, which has a direct impact on their acceptance into the workplace. People with disabilities disproportionally unemployed worldwide. In the United States, the disability unemployment rate is close to 20% since COVID-19, almost twice that of individuals with no disability. We are flipping the disability narrative. We work to unleash the entrepreneurship mindset of disabled people.
