Sushrut Chafadker

Sushrut Chafadker is a seasoned product and technology leader currently serving as Co-Founder and Chief Product and Technology Officer at topshelf since January 2024. Sushrut has a diverse portfolio, including roles as a Community Member at 2hearts and Founder in Residence at Antler. Notable past experiences include Head of Product at machtfit GmbH, where Sushrut led user-centric product strategies, and CTO for the side project Taskzen, which developed a minimalist to-do list organizer app. Sushrut also served as Senior Product Manager at The Makers, enhancing foodtech product development efficiency, and as Head of Product at Dropslab Technologies, contributing to MVP creation and team management. Previous positions included Product R&D at ModuleWorks and research assistance at the Fraunhofer Institute and PEM RWTH Aachen University. Sushrut holds a Master's degree in Production Technology Management from RWTH Aachen University and a Bachelor of Technology in Mechanical Engineering from Malaviya National Institute of Technology Jaipur.
