Alexandra Bauer

Alexandra Bauer is an accomplished Human Resources professional with extensive experience in the hospitality and consulting sectors. Currently serving as Directrice des Ressources Humaines at 2LCollection since May 2023, Alexandra has previously held the same title at Les Sources de Caudalie from January 2020 to May 2023. Prior to this, Alexandra was Directrice at H CONSEIL, a consultancy firm specializing in human resources for the hospitality and restaurant industries, from September 2011 to January 2020. Alexandra's career also includes roles at ALAIN DUCASSE Entreprise as Responsable Ressources Humaines and as a Recruitment Consultant at Michael Page International. Alexandra holds a Master’s degree in Hospitality Management from EHL and a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology from Université Paris Cité.
