Jennifer Rich is an experienced professional in the fields of resident services and crisis intervention, currently serving as the Director of Resident Services at 2Life Communities since May 2011. Prior to this role, Jennifer held various positions at Advocates Inc, including Crisis Clinician, where responsibilities included providing psychiatric evaluations and treatment referrals, and serving as a Coordinator for Senior Support Services, focusing on individual and group therapy for elders. Jennifer's background also includes significant administrative experience at Boston University School of Management, where coordination of schedules and departmental budgets was essential. Educational credentials include a Master's degree in Counseling Psychology from Framingham State University and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Boston University.
