H.A. "Buzz" Mills has held various leadership roles throughout their career. H.A. "Buzz" served as the Chairman of the Board for the Water Well Trust Incorporated since 2012, where they played a vital role in providing clean and safe drinking water to low-income families in the United States.
Before that, from 1993 to the present, Mills has been the President of 2M Company Inc., Western Hydro Corporation (since 2017), and Gicon Pumps & Equipment (since 2021), where they were responsible for managing talented teams.
In addition, Mills served on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for the Water Systems Council from 2010 to 2015. The organization focuses on ensuring safe and reliable drinking water for Americans who use household wells and small water systems.
Prior to their career in the nonprofit sector, Mills gained valuable experience as the Managing Partner of CJ's Rib Run, a takeout and delivery restaurant, and served in the US Army as part of the 1st Armored Division's Artillery branch during the Cold War era.
H.A. "Buzz" Mills attended Billings West High School from 1982 to 1985. After completing high school, they joined the United States Army Schools & Centers from 1985 to 1989. Following their military service, they pursued a degree in Business Administration with a focus on Marketing at Montana State University Billings from 1989 to 1993.
