Viljami Kaseva

Viljami Kaseva is a Quality Specialist and Team Manager at 2M-IT Oy, the largest IT healthcare company in Finland, leading a systems integration team of twelve system specialists and three solutions architects since January 2022. As the CEO and Leadership Coach of Kasevalta Oy since July 2020, Kaseva focuses on creating more functional working communities. Prior experience at Telia included founding the Shared Leadership concept aimed at enhancing workplace well-being and productivity, serving as a B2B ICT Expert and managing various development projects, and leading a team of thirteen within the Enterprise Services Unit. Kaseva holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from Lahti University of Applied Sciences and specialized training in leadership and business management.
