Jason Galuten

Jason Galuten has a long history of working in software engineering. Jason began their career in 2007 as a Software Engineer at the Advaita Society Hanuman Fellowship, where they helped to develop and maintain websites using Craft CMS and built custom plugins for integration of content across sites. In 2011, they joined ACKme Networks as a Software Engineer, collaborating with a graphic designer to create a new company website. In 2012, they became a Software Engineer at Salt Spring Centre of Yoga, where they replaced various outdated systems and databases with a comprehensive software tool. In 2015, they joined Edge Design CA as a Web Developer, working with a graphic designer and information architect to create new websites for nearly a dozen companies. Most recently, in 2021, they became a Full Stack Developer at 2NDNATURE Software, where they work on a team of developers building and maintaining the software, and directly communicates with members of the product team to design specifications for new features.

Jason Galuten attended the University of California, Santa Barbara (UCSB) from 1998 to 1999, studying Music Composition in the College of Creative Studies. Jason then attended the Berklee College of Music from 2000 to 2001, where they studied Piano.
