Issa Alsarmy has extensive work experience in the field of telecommunications and IT. Issa started their career in 2008 as a Programmer at Grand Technology for Communications Services, where they developed and deployed Value Added Services (VAS) using JAVA for transmitting messages between SMS/MMS Gateways and Centers. Issa also developed web services for data transmission with third-party telecommunication companies.
In 2010, Alsarmy joined Sumara Group for Telecommunication Services as a Senior Software Engineer. Here, they were responsible for determining and refining business requirements of VAS Environment. Issa built, managed, and troubleshooted SMS/MMS Gateways under different operating systems such as Windows and Linux. Issa also developed web services and applications using JAVA and ASP.NET for data transmission.
From 2014 to 2019, Alsarmy worked as an IT Manager at Asaas Company For Exchange And Transfer, where they analyzed and developed the Asaas Express System. Issa worked on various aspects of the system including accounting, money exchange, and transfer systems. Issa also developed an SMS Gateway using C# and its SMS Sender Service.
Currently, Alsarmy is working at 2P Perfect Presentation as a Senior VoIP Engineer. Their responsibilities include managing voice gateways, administration of links with operators, and working with various systems such as Freeswitch, Asterisk, and Alcatel.
Throughout their career, Alsarmy has demonstrated their expertise in telecommunications, software development, and system analysis.
Issa Alsarmy completed their Bachelor's degree in the Faculty of Computer Science and Information Systems at Sana'a University from 2004 to 2008. In 2009, they attended the NEW HORIZON INSTITUTE OF TECHNOLOGY AND MANAGEMENT, where they obtained a CCNA Certificate in Networking and Switch & Routers Programming. Additionally, in 2007, they attended the Taiz Business Training Center and received a diploma in Finance and Accounting through the Business Edge program.
