Krystin Donadio

Krystin Donadio has a diverse work experience spanning over multiple companies. Krystin started their career in 2006 at Putnam Investments as a Client Advisor and later became a Premier Client Account Representative. In 2011, they joined Philips as an HR Advisor and then transitioned to roles in Executive Recruiting, ultimately serving as an Executive Recruiter until 2019. Following that, they worked at bluebird bio as a Recruiting Partner and later as a Recruiting Lead & Partner. Currently, they hold the position of Associate Director, People Partner at 2seventy bio, where they focus on talent and people management.

Krystin Donadio has a background in psychology and education from Arizona State University. Krystin'seducation at the University of Massachusetts Amherst focused on organizational behavior, where they earned a Bachelor's Degree. In addition to their formal education, Krystin has obtained certifications such as being an Insights Discovery Practitioner from Insights and a Strategic Human Resources Leadership Certificate from Cornell University, both obtained in June 2023.
