Daniela Cabral

Daniela Cabral is currently the CHRO at 2TM. Daniela has previously held positions as Senior Capabilities Director at Avanade, Enterpreneur at Social Enterpreneurship, and Human Resources Director at TOTVS. In their role as Human Resources Director, they were responsible for the Human Resources area in Brazil and international units supporting 7,000 employees. Daniela also led a team of 70 people in HR and conducted and managed the people initiatives of seven post-merger integrations. In addition, they have designed and managed new talents, diversity and trainee programs and supported major internal restructurings. Prior to their role at TOTVS, they were the HR manager at Neoris and the HR coordinator at Johnson & Johnson. Daniela started their career as an HR consultant at Aon Hewitt and later moved to Accenture where they worked as an HR and finance consultant.

Daniela Cabral has an MBA from FIA and a post-graduation in Human Resources management from FGV. Daniela also has a degree in Business Management from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo.
