Nicole Dyskant is a highly experienced legal and regulatory professional, currently serving as Global Senior Advisor for Regulatory & Public Affairs at Fireblocks and Senior Advisor at TaxBit, focusing on legal, regulatory, and policy issues in LATAM. As a Policy Advisor and member of the Regulatory Advisory Board for 2TM, Nicole contributes expertise in digital assets. Nicole is the Founder and Managing Partner at Dyskant Advogados, a consulting firm specialized in legal-regulatory and policy advice.
