Adam Drudge

Adam Drudge is the current Chief People Officer at 2U. Prior to this, they served as VP of Human Resources for Card Servicing and Platforms at Capital One from August 2011 to September 2021. Before working at Capital One, Drudge was the Corporate Director of Human Resources at Carrier Enterprise LLC from July 2009 to August 2011. Adam also served as the Regional Human Resources Manager at Carrier Corporation from September 2007 to July 2009 and at Ingersoll Rand from September 2004 to September 2007. Drudge began their career in human resources as the Human Resources Manager at Milliken & Company from June 1998 to September 2004.

Adam Drudge has a MA in Global Human Resources Development from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign, a BA in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from Davidson College, and a BA in German Cultural Studies from Davidson College.

They are on a team with Andrew Hermalyn - President, Partnerships, Lauren Holliday - EVP, Head of Marketplace Product, and Paul S. Lalljie - CFO. Adam Drudge reports to Christopher Paucek, Co-Founder & CEO.
