Arica Dickson

Arica Dickson, MBA, has extensive experience in education technology and career services. Currently serving as the Senior Manager of New Partner Implementation at 2U since February 2013, Arica leads initiatives that enhance online education for renowned universities. Previously, Arica was a Sr. Placement Specialist at MVM, Inc., where responsibilities included recruiting qualified translators and analytic linguists for critical national security communication. Additionally, Arica held the position of Director of Career Services at ECPI University School of Health Science Medical Careers Institute, overseeing multiple degree programs and developing career assistance programs for students and alumni. Earlier in the career, Arica gained administrative experience at Robert Half International - OfficeTeam. Arica holds an MBA from American University and another MBA from the University of Phoenix, alongside a BA in Psychology from Hollins University.
