Cassandra Gresham

Cassandra Gresham, M.Ed., MBA, has extensive experience in educational advising and instruction, with a focus on student success and retention. Currently serving as a UNC Student Success Advisor at 2U since March 2017, Cassandra plays a pivotal role in providing exceptional customer service to students and faculty. Prior to this position, Cassandra worked at Education Dynamics as a Contact Center Education Advisor and at Kaplan University as a Military Admissions Advisor, where responsibilities included student counseling and maintaining communication with prospective students. Cassandra also has a background as a Secondary Education Online Instructor at Florida Virtual School and as an instructor in various capacities at Broward County Public Schools and Baltimore County Public Schools, specializing in business education and web design. Cassandra holds a Master of Education in Curriculum and Instruction and a Master of Business Administration in Global Management, along with a Bachelor of Science in Business Education and Marketing.
