Charsett Wright

Charsett Wright possesses extensive experience in student success and client services, currently serving as Vice President of Student Success at 2U since January 2018, where previous roles included Sr. Director of Program Management and Program Director. Prior to 2U, Charsett held the position of Director of Customer Success at PeopleScout, the largest recruitment process outsourcing provider globally. Charsett's career began at Aon Hewitt, serving as Director Client Services and Assistant Vice President, managing recruitment and operational support teams. Earlier experience includes a role as Vocational Evaluator at Humanim. Charsett earned a Bachelor of Science in Rehabilitation Services from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore in 1996.
